Team Mastermind
The team mastermind initiative is designed to cultivate deeper communication dynamics within small groups of 4-6 individuals.
These sessions last around 90 minutes and create a safe and non-judgmental environment where team members can address challenging topics and navigate hurdles collectively. With the guidance of an experienced moderator and coach, participants are encouraged to engage in meaningful discussion, fostering an atmosphere of trust and support.
Sessions may also revolve around specific themes that promote reflection allowing individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings constructively.
